What is your return and exchange policy?

Maskn pouches are personal use items and due to the unique nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, these items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged after shipment. Thank you for understanding.

 
 

Are the pouches waterproof?

RPET is Polyethylene Terephthalate, a member of the polyester family. What most people don't know is that PET is the same chemistry as polyester. Unlike raw polyester, recycled polyester uses PET as the raw material. So in most respects PET and Polyester are synonymous. Therefore it is tremendously strong, inherently water resistant, and pretty much totally color fast.

Please note that the back of the pouch is purposely designed to be porous. When traveling, be sure that your pouch is flipped to the front to prevent water and dirt from entering the bag.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. We will make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All services are provided by USPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

What is the mesh bag used for?

The mesh bag that comes with your pouch can be used as a laundry bag to wash cloth masks or to carry small items such as hand sanitizers, filters, or dirty masks.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle separately and tumble dry low.
